Signing you in…
Your first twelve months, agreed between you and your line manager across 8 Key Stages.
Use your Trumeter or IDT work account. You will not need a separate password.
The line manager and region come from Office 365 automatically.
Administrators only. Changes apply to everyone the next time they open the app.
Most people never see these - they are signed in automatically. They appear if sign-in does not complete, or on a device that is not signed in to Office 365.
The Microsoft sign-in page itself cannot be changed from here - it belongs to Microsoft. To brand that one, use Entra ID → Company branding, which applies to every app in the tenant.
Colours accept anything CSS understands - #123a5c, navy, rgb(18,58,92). Leave a box empty to keep the standard look.
The faint ring behind the Trumeter mark is hard to see at small sizes. Choose a style and press Preview to watch it before you save.
The wording behind the ! on each tile. Use {date} for the end of the month and {scope} for who is being counted.
How much people can write in each comment box, and who is allowed to start a journey.
A counter appears under each box, turning amber near the limit. Formatting such as bold and colour does not count towards it. Set it to 0 for no limit - but note that SharePoint itself stops at roughly 63,000 characters.
What the app says to people. Leave a box empty to keep the standard wording shown in grey. Words in braces such as {name} are filled in by the app - keep them exactly as they are, or that detail will not appear.
Check-out expires after releases a form somebody left open, so the other person is not locked out.
Journey length sets the journey's end date on new records only. It does not move the Key Stage due dates - those come from the offsets in Settings → Key Stages. To make a journey run over a shorter period, change the days and months values there as well.
Name, label and when each stage is due. Changing this affects journeys created from now on; existing journeys keep their stages.
Everyone sees their own journey, and line managers see their own team, automatically from Office 365. Use this only for the extras: an executive who should see everything, a GM who should see a whole country, or someone who needs a few named colleagues who report elsewhere.
Quote the app version if you report a problem - it tells us exactly which release you are on.
